If a paid-for ASES product or service does not produce any additional visitors to the client's specified website, after 30 days from the date of activation of the product or service, then ASES will credit the client an amount equivalent to 90% of the original amount paid for the product or service.
   4. ASES does not guarantee any specified increase in the number of new prospects, customers, web traffic, sales, or any precise placement or ranking with specific search engines.
   5. This service excludes Web Design, Advertising, PPC Programs and any other Specialized Services mentioned or not mentioned in the order.
   6. ASES products and services are complimentary to traditional SEO services, and the client is therefore permitted to engage other internal or third-party SEO services during the terms of service with ASES.
   7. ASES is not liable for content found on client sites, content of search phrases, content of articles, nor for any third party matters related to said content. All of these are the sole responsibility of the client, including articles and phrase produced by ASES.
   8. All phrases and articles, including those produced or modified by ASES, are subject to client approval, and the onus is on the client to find and/or request removal of unsatisfactory content.
   9. ASES is not liable for any loss of search engine ranking(s) that arise from the employment of ASES products, features, techniques or content, nor for any products, features, techniques or content that have been added to the client site(s) by a third party with or without our approval or knowledge, be they pre-existing or added after the fact.
   10. ASES is not accountable for any third party SEO services employed on the client's site before, during or after this service agreement.
   11. ASES is not liable for any failure or deficiency in its provision of products and services or performance of duties where such failure or deficiency is due to force majeure causes including, but not limited to, natural disasters, death, war, service provider failure or any other causes outside of ASES's control.
   12. ASES is committed to ethical SEO; we employ only those services and practices which meet with complete approval from established major search engines and comply with engine guidelines published by same.
3. CONDITIONS OF USE
   1. This site is owned and operated by Automatic Search Engine Success Pty Ltd. This site's visitors and clients can access most website information and features. ASES reserves the right to suspend or prohibit visitor and/or client access to this site at any time, and without notice.
